- The hourly lesson rate for driving tuition will be agreed at the time of booking the first lesson.
- The hourly lesson rate will remain unchanged for 12 months.
- Lessons will normally last two hours. 90 minute lessons may be agreed at our discretion. One hour lessons are not recommended.
- The lesson finish location will be at or near the lesson start location. Lessons starting and finishing at different locations may be agreed at our discretion.
- Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations are solely the customers’ responsibility – customers must not rely on any lesson reminders that we may send.
- Late cancellations – less than 48 hours notice – will be charged at the full rate.
- Communication will be via the Total Drive app.
- In addition to the customer paying the DVSA test fee, the use of one of our cars for the test is chargeable at the agreed hourly lesson rate – two hours are usually sufficient.
- In the event that one of our cars is unavailable on the day of the test we will endeavour to provide a suitable replacement car. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement car, directly resulting in the test not going ahead, we will refund our fee. We will not refund the DVSA test fee.
